Nice professional hotel

Restaurant waiters, food, spacious and quiet room. Nice housekeeping staff.

Eggs in buffet are not real and disgusting. Bed was hard, need softer mattress. Need bigger softer pillows. I needed Italian cash, but hotel exchange rate is very unfair to Americans. Need ATM on site. Would have been nice if hotel offered Concierge to help plan activities. Even with these issues, we still enjoyed the stay.

End of trip relax time

The pool are and the rooms were great. View frommbalcony was beautiful and breakfast was good.

Balcony needed chairs, shower water was luke warm, construction work was very loud, some of the bar staff could have been more friendly and fun. No toilets in pool area and you weren't allowed to walk inside in wet bathers.

Very Good

The hotel looks dated from the outside but is well-maintained and clean inside. The rooms are very clean and big in size. Good buffet breakfast and a great swimming pool. We had dinner at the restaurant 1 night and that was the only downside, limited menu and overpriced, if you would rather walk a bit up the road ad you can find better options.

Overall it was a good stay.

Good showers.clean rooms any problems resolved immediately.good breakfast.

Pillows too flat and uncomfortable.pool water temperature uncomfortably cold. Wi-Fi was not good unless in your room .It was practically non existent by the pool.

Okay stay - with more human kindness, it would be a great place

The room and cleanses were above expectations.

I stayed at the hotel because I attended a conference organised in their conference room. I am a bit disappointed with the service offered by the front of house staff - first of all, they were not as polite as they should be (eg., no one contacted me before the stay asking the time I was supposed to arrive/providing information; I emailed kindly asking if possible, to check me in earlier as I would have arrived a couple of hours earlier and the reply back was disappointing - not even trying to say “we will try our best to accommodate the request” (I know this is not always possible but there is no harm in providing a kind reply); secondly, they did not explain any of the structures in the hotel apart from where the breakfast room was.

The room was nice and the hotel is very clean and luxurious but: the internet did not work at all. I called the reception 3 times and they always said that someone was going to fix it but the problem persisted. I also had dinner at the restaurant. The food was okay but the pasta was definetely undercooked. For the cost of the room and the food, these sort of things are just not really acceptable.

Room size and comfortable bed.

A more varied breakfast buffet would be appropriate. The hotel is a bit old for this price-performance ratio. More space in the conference rooms as well as better air conditioning and lunch menu would have been appropriate.The hotel is far from the city center.

Wonderful

The room boasted ample space and featured an open bathroom, offering guests a pleasant and expansive environment. Furthermore, the room showcased a delightful view, adding to the overall appeal. Additionally, the air conditioning system proved to be highly effective, ensuring optimal comfort even in the face of scorching temperatures.

The breakfast was okay, but it would have been nice to have more choices for eggs. Also, the room key had some issues with connecting, which was really inconvenient because I had to keep going to the front desk to get it fixed (four times in total during my stay). On top of that, the location of the accommodation wasn't great for getting to Rome's city center. It took a lot of time and money to get there, with transportation costs adding up to at least 20 euros, maybe even more. And it was really difficult to find a taxi to take us to the city center for dinner. But it terms of quality stay it was top notch in comfort and cleanliness.
